Root Can i root my phone?

Newbie
So I recently rooted my phone but when I tried to install CWM I failed and my phone got stuck in bootloop.I took it to a phone service and they fixed it wiping my root out of it saying it can't be rooted anymore.Any way I can root it without trouble?

the guy at the service tried to root it and he said it cannot be rooted and it went into bootloop.I'm scared to try and root it.My dad also says to listen to him
 
You can root,But don't install CWM,.It says that at the bottom of the root guide:
See:
** Highly recommended to do not install any clockworkmod (cwm) through mtk droid tools or whatever, HTC desire 310 it's not supported yet and you could BRICK your phone... **

Ye and I tried and bricked my phone :P
