Help Can I stream TV Portal to my TV

I've got a Samsung Galaxy 4.
I have a couple questions.... as follows:

1. Does my phone have a HDMI cable hookup on it somewhere?

2. If not, can I somehow stream TV Portal from my phone to my TV screen?

Yeah, you need to get an MHL Adapter.

Your usb port is really a mobile high-def link, MHL.

The adapter takes usb power on one side and provides a full hdmi port.

Last I checked, they were around ten dollars at monoprice.com.
