Can I submit an insurance claim online?

So I have insurance on our Samsung Galaxy Epic's and I dropped my and cracked the screen to the point where I see nothing. Like I said, I have insurance but don't want to go through the hassle of sitting on the phone for HOURS to order a new one. I was wondering if there is a way to do it online?

I put in an insurance claim years ago through Asurion. Took under 10 minutes....
