Help Can I turn fastboot back on?

Visionary required me to turn fastboot off and USB Debugging on to root the phone. It used the root.sh method. Now, I hate the freaking 10 minute boot times (well its more like 6, but you get the point). Can I turn fastboot back on? I don't want to turn it on and screw up my phone, so I want to confirm that I can before I do.

Also, will root explorer and GOTO Lockscreen work with fastboot on?

you only need to turn off "Fastboot" for the rooting process, I don't know about GOTO Lockscreen but I do know that root explorer will work with "fastboot" turned on.

GOTO Lockscreen craps out with fastboot on as I now see, but everything else is fine, thank God.
