can I turn off default incoming ringtones?

How can I turn off the default incoming ringtone, but allow personal ringtones to continue to function? I would like to specify what specific calls will cause my phone to ring.

As I can't find a silent ringtone on the phone (only a silent notification) I would grab this empty tone-

Download Silent ringtones to your cell phone - silent ring tone - 4667022 | Zedge

-move it to the "ringtones" folder (create one on the SD card if needed), set it as default in the main settings, and then choose individual contact ringtones. Hope this helps
