Help Can I uninstall this?

On my "uninstaller" program it show that I have a file called "com.htc 2.2" its 16270kb's...so its a big file. I know its part of the 2.2 upgrade...but is that just the 2.2 upgrade exe file?. If so I probably dont have a need for it anymore,right?

Lol..thanks guys...I guess I wont do that. I just had to uninstall my radiotime app and my yahoo fantasy football app. Because I put that new nfl mobile on my phone...and that thing is like 7mb's or something crazy.
