People use (and misuse) "unlock" to mean a few things. It actually means making your phone capable of being used with SIM cards from other carriers. Since each individual phone has a different unlock code, you go to ebay, look for unlock codes, and buy one for your phone (they need a few numbers from your phone to get it).
If you mean being able to flash ROMS and install recoveries, go to the "All Things Root" subsection of the Droid Bionic section of the forum.
I am assuming you are asking if you can use the Bionic on TMobile? Theoretically yes, but it's going to take a bit of work. You have to enable the GSM radio in the Bionic to get it to work.
Its a problem when you use the T-Mobile gsm . For some reason the choice that you chosen is T-Mobile but I keep getting at&t . No matter what settings I chosen. I went and put in metro pcs gsm and the bull s**t I have is nothing fdn locked and more .
