I want to un-root the phone and take off the s-off and take off the clockworkmod recovery.Is there a way to do it?

I dont know if this is the correct file, But if it is how would I install it?

I don't know where you got it from, but if it's the right ROM you can use the procedures found in this guide to install it:

Make sure you do a nandroid backup first. It looks to me like that ROM is for Marvel (GSM) not Marvelc (CDMA) and if I remember correctly, your phone is CDMA.

I just read this post by simonsimons34 over at xda:

Attention vm usa members

I have noticed a tun of bricking from flashing the wrong ruu. Note that no cdma ruu was ever released! I would like to warn you not to use an ruu without being son or making sure SPRINT is in the name.

So my idea of reflashing your ROM won't work and you should not try the ROM you downloaded.
