Apps Can I use a prepaid debit card to pay the Android developer registration fee?

I can't afford a credit/debit card so I found about prepaid debit cards that can be used for online transactions where credit/debit cards are accepted, but I don't know if I can use it to pay the Android Developer registration fee.
Also, as I plan to monetize from the apps I will be publishing, I am worried there might be a problem with me using a prepaid debit card if I will get paid. Has anyone done the same?
