hi,im from indonesia, im newbe, i got gadget android not global brand just local brand with 2.3.6 os. can i use this os with other version like 4.0.3 ics? how to use it? my phone is mixcon sx1 wasabi thanks!

You can only upgrade if somebody has built a later android version for your handset. Android always has to be built for the particular hardware, there is no generic android build which can be installed on all phones.
If the manufacturer has made an upgrade you should be able to download and install it via the "software updates" menu (in usually in menu, about, software information). Otherwise you can only do it if you can find a developer who has made an update for this particular phone.
