Can I use AT&T Phone

I saw an ad on Craigslist someone selling a brand new unlocked Galaxy S2 from AT&T for $275. If I got a sim kit from T-Mobile, would it work with this AT&T phone?

Probably not. That is, it will work, but you'll probably get only 2G (Edge) speed. It might be possible to get 3G speed, but I'm almost certain you won't get 4G speed. The problem is the frequencies that the radios use.

Keep checking your local Craigslist. I bought my first T-Mobile phone there, a MyTouch 3G for $80, two years old but in perfect condition. And shortly after the SGS2 came out I got one for $480 brand new in the box. I would buy only locally, though, so you can see what you're getting before you fork over the shekels. I love Craigslist.
