Help can i use my SD card as internal memory

I wanted to save my internal memory and install new apps in external memory. Currently when i am doing so with app2sd the moved app uses some internal memory and the rest is transferred to external. Is it possible to transfer the entire installed app to External memory card..
I know there are some chances by creating a partition in memory card. But can anyone explain me how it is done..???

yeah u can do that but for that u must have a rooted phone...
