Can I use the Xperia S as a Blue Ray controler for PS3?

Hi, I have a PS3 which I use mostly as a bluray player, and I'm planning on getting an Experia S in about a month. I don't have the controller to control the bluray, but since both Experia and PS3 are made by Sony, I was wondering if there is an app that would let me control the Blue Ray functionality with the phone rather than use the game controllers.

As far as I'm aware you can't control the PS3 blu-ray with the phone. Sony do have a media remote for Android app, which will control lots of Sony players, but it specifies that it is not compatible with the PS3.
