Help Can I view MS Access files on a DROID X phone?

Doubt it.
Office-like programs on smartphones will deal with word, excel, powerpoint. I have yet to see one that will work Access. Not saying they don't exist, I just haven't seen one.
Try going to appbrain. and looking at office suite programs (quick office comes to mind first). See if the paid versions will deal with access files. This will be problem 1.
Getting the sync bit to work will require your DX logging into your desk computer for Access user rights (whatever microsoft calls it now) this will be problem 2.
It is not insurmountable, but it will be a problem. You might have to host the access database file elsewhere available to the internet.

I doubt it is possible, as Access is a resource hog, especially if you have complex databases. Also, if you have data that needs to be secure, having that data a handheld device might not be such a good idea.
I can't remember what it was called, but I heard about an app at one time that had the same function as Go To My PC. That would probably be a different way to get it on your device.
