Can it play IE / Windows 7 or XP?

I've got 2 simple questions:
1. Can the tablet run Internet Explorer? (I guess that answer is no because it's android and not windows)
2. and the most important question is(which consists of some questions), can the tablet play a windows xp or windows 7 on the tablet? if yes, will it be able to play internet explorer? and will it have sound?

What exactly are you trying to do?

The info on XDA will allow you to Root your Tablet so that you will have better control of your hardware, allowing you to install custom roms and utilise some great utils that only work with Root access [mileage may vary].

Im sure the tablet is more than capable of running Windows Explorer although why you would want to run one of the worst browsers 'ever' when there are far superior alternatives ie; Firefox, Chrome and Dolphin is beyond me.
