Can Mouse Function Be Simulated On On Android?

There is a web page I go to on my computer. When I hover the mouse over a certain part of the screen I get a drop-down menu. I can then click on an item in that menu and go to another page. Is there a way to simulate this on Android when I go to that web page such that I can open the drop-down menu and then "click" on an item in that menu?

on note 10+ the s-pen had this feature, but not on my z fold 3. i miss it but its no big deal for me.

In Firefox holding down on items for a second or so, rather than just tapping, does show the drop-down menus, i.e. it does the same as hovering the mouse over items. Other browsers may do the same.

Pressing the menu does not work in Duck Duck browser. What I get is a thin blue line racing across the almost top of the screen. But leaving my need aside - how does anyone follow any URL displayed on any page?
