Lurker
So, randomly one day I could no longer make any purchases in any apps, I found this out when an app I had used 6 hours the night before decided to not launch because it could not connect to the billing service.

I am on a Rooted Moto X (1st gen) with 4.4.4
I tried removing all adblocking and updated google play store, I also cleared data from the store and google services apps.

Unfortunately no. I have a shield tablet and bluestacks, I do pretty much the same things as far as rooting and settings to them all, so I'm not sure what I did for it top happen. One Piece Treasure cruise was the last app I played while it worked, the same app that won't launch at all with this issue.

i had used the lucky patcher thing for modded play store, but I've done that on all of my devices so I don't know why it would only happen on my phone and only now.
The issue seems, based on what all the IAP stores say/show, that the billing service server or something can't be reached, I have had many issues with my hosts file being edited to block google servers but currently I have an empty hosts file.

"Lucky Patcher for Modded Playstore"

Found your problem. Google might have found a way to block that and now...

Kinda what I suspected.

Given what lucky patcher does, we're not really in a position to help you any further.

As before, I suggest removing and using a legitimate version of the play store.

If I'm off the mark and you're not using LP the way I think you are, let me know and I'll reopen the thread.
