Help Can not accept WIFI terms & conditions

Today we were traveling and stopped at a McDonald's and needed to check map/directions. I got connected to the McDonald's wifi with excellent signal strength. When I go to use the internet the standard McDonald's terms conditions screen pops up with a tiny block to check to gain wifi access. I could not, after numerous attempts, check that box. No amount of taping would work, could not enlarge the screen! I could not open the terms/conditions until I had tapped on it for 10 or 12 times and it finally opened. Then I still could not check the acceptance block, nor could I enlarge the screen to make the block larger. What am I doing wrong? I even stopped a different McDonald's later today and had the exact same problem!

The only suggestions I have is to try another browser which may allow stretching the screen to allow touch activation of the check blocks. Maybe a stylus would work. I have had problems with that type of WiFi which is common. I have a backup using the Hot Spot on my smart phone.

I found that turning the tab to rotate the screen helps sometimes. Seems it is a graphics issue and when the screen redraws, the pickbox comes back.

Thanks, I downloaded Dolphin, so far I like it but will see if it works at McDonald's tomorrow.

Well I tried it with the new "Dolphin" browser and still had the same problem, can not check the "accept terms" block, even tried it with a stylus and not go. Can not expand/enlarge the screen either. Worked fine at Panera Bread but failed at three different McDonalds. Anyone else with this problem?

Do you have a bluetooth mouse you could use with it?

No I don't, have fought the urge to expand this tablet. I was tired of dragging the laptop with me as we traveled, wanted to cut down on what I had to keep up with.
