The Velocity Cruz t301 big problems. Never got to use. Been on phone for three hours today and was for four hours day before yesterday. Need help? Daughter has tried, I have tried. and lady on phone has couched. She had us uninstall the kindle apt and try to reinstall it to see if it would work. Then can not reinstall the stupid apt.
