Help Can not print using mobile hotspot.

I connected my wifi printer to phone using mobile hotspot. However, when I try to print a document to the connected printer from the phone, I get the message that I can't have mobile hotspot and wifi turned on at the same time, and I have to turn off mobile hotspot. I need to be able to print from a remote location, without using wifi at all, by using the mobile hotspot only.

If you give it a bit of thought, you will realize why.

The phone only has one (1) WiFi radio.
It can only be configured to do one job at a time.

It can be a WiFi transponder to a WiFi Router to the Internet,

or,

it can be a WiFi Router to let other WiFi devices connect to the Internet.

I went with a simpler solution. My printer has a USB output. I bought a connector wire with USB input, and micro usb output. I can print by plugging it to the phone. Yea!!
