Can not reboot!

Please, need help!
I am very new user of Superpad 3 Flytouch 3 10''. Can not delete all previous information. Full reset does'nt help (I mean 3 button reset) It shows me autoreseting with out any possibilities to choice. Then data looks clear, bet in few second when Media Scanning is done, appears again all previous info (for example city in Weatherbar etc) Tried to delete handly and uninstall some aplications, so after restarting all info is back.
And I can not find in setting the folder privacy!
Did'nt found similar problem here, so if you have answers, please...

Go to Settings > SD card > Factory Reset. Try that and let us know if it helps.

no, it does'nt. Only I can choose from SD dir -unmount SD.
How to find folder PRIVACY?

Ok, maybe it's under Settings > Privacy or Settings > Security. Somewhere in your settings, there is an option to do a Factory Reset.
