Help Can not reinstall Google Play on rooted Samsung device

There's none specifically for your carrier but there is one for your country, and it has the same build date and baseband version as what you posted. So the only difference would probably be carrier related bloatware.
 
I know Im going a different direction than everyone else but does the app you used to delete Google play have a recycle bin in its settings/menu options?
