Root Can not root my LG Optimus M

I upgraded my LG Optimus M from froyo 2.2.1 to 2.2.2. Now I am unable to root my phone. I used an LG app called LGNPST to try to roll back the update. Followed instructions to the T. It recognized my phone, give all stats, phone number etc...by the recovery button along with many others are just greyed out. I have tried Superone Click, Z4Root, Gingerbread, 4Share to no avail. I really want to just force apps to my sd card...the greyed out one's, but most use the same progs and none of them work. Please help.

I am not sure which version of froyo you are on. It sounds like you were unable to rollback the update and get yourself back to 2.2.1. If so the link undacova posted is the best way i have seen to get back to 2.2.1.
