Root Can only access Team Win Recovery

So Stupid me wiped EVERYTHING on this phone including my backups, restore, and now I don't have anything to install to start up the phone. It goes blank and I have to take it back to the TWRP.

Seeing as there is no SD external and I need to install a back up or something, how might I go about this?

You should be able to use ADB when in TWRP, which will let you push a ROM .zip onto the device which you can then install (or a nandroid backup if you have one - I usually keep copies off-device as a precaution).

Alternatively a USB OTG adapter (little cable with a microUSB connector on one end, standard USB port on the other) will let you connect a flash drive to the phone. Stick the ROM or backup on that and TWRP can install from there.

no problem i got same thing but i resolve it by getting compatible twrp.img i have that
