can only get sound via bluetooth headphones. Help!

my phone seems to have been bugging you a lot lately. Now I can only get sound notifications if I plug my lg headphones in and use it via bluetooth. If I unplug them or rather turn them off and turn off all Bluetooth feature on my phone I do not get any sound whatsoever. Help! This is very frustrating as I do not want to walk around with Bluetooth headphones in my ears all the time just to hear my phone.

Is it set to Silent or Vibrate (check icon in notification bar)? While that might seem like a condescending comment/question, it isn't meant to be -- it wasn't mentioned in the original post so just confirming.

Are you in Quiet Mode? (also doubtful as there is an icon for that in the notification area).

Nope, nope, nope and nope. I went in to the Verizon store and luckily I had done all that so they are actually sending me a refurb phone. Hopefully that will clear it all up. Now to figure out what I am missing on my calendar when I did the hard reboot.
