Help can rooting get this done?

[AR94]

im new to the galaxy ace but i have learned and tried a whole bunch of things in it, i tried the "Myth" rom and installed some applications, one of them required the "Voice Search" thing and it had no problem, the thing is that i went back to the stock firmware and tried to install it but for my bad luck im not in the us so its not available for me, im not quite sure how can i get the ability to download universal apps without this bug, so my question is.. how can i do this without using any roms?

You dont need root to do this. You just need to side load the .apk file (find using search engine) and ensure "install non market applications" is ticked in settings.
