okay i have a lg ally running android 2.2.1 and i just used super one click to root it and i noticed a new app called super user how do i make sure it rooted and what can i do with my android once it is?

You can use Titanium Backup, and other apps that need root. Make sure you rebooted the phone after you used super one click.

how do i reboot it ..do i just shut it down and turn it back on?

Root allows you to have super user permissions. That is why you have the app with an icon of a skull and crossbones.

Reboot and or turn off your phone and power it back on.
