Can someone help me please?

I am having trouble with my Picsart app. I use it to edit my photos with. It was working fine and now when I try to use color splash (either the color splash or the color replace option) it will change the pic for me but when I hit apply it saves it back to the original picture (none of my changes are taking) I have emailed Picsart and they said they cannot dublicate the problem but said they don't have a Thunderbolt either. They have had no other reports of this particular problem. I was wondering if anyone on here uses the app and can try it for me. I am wondering if this started happening after the last update. I have tried deleting the app and all the files,restarting the phone, reinstalling the app etc but nothing has worked. I would appreciate any feedback as I use this option a lot. Thank you very much!!!
 
JRocker23----Thank you for checking for me. I will try that app out. It's funny because I forgot my niece has a thunderbolt- I called her and asked her to install it and check and she said hers didn't work either. I thought maybe it had something to do with the new update. I assume you have the new update on your phone so once again I am stumped. Again thank you for checking and the advice.
 
Actually, you are right the color splash is not working. it does revert to the original pic. all others seem fine to me. After I restarted my phone, the app didnt function correctly when using color splash
 
Thank you for letting me know. This will give me some feedback to give Picsart. I think it must have had something to do with the new update. I can't imagine what it would have been in the update that would have triggered this especially since all other features seem to work fine on this app. and Picsart has had no other complaints of this by anyone else. Very strange!! You have helped me a lot!! Actually you are the only one that helped me (lol) so thank you for that. I will post if I find out what the issue is. I am not sure if you use this app of just downloaded to test it for me but maybe it will help another Tbolt user.

No Problem, I actually dont use the app but there is defenitely an issue... I will email the dev too and advise..
 
That would be great!!! Another person besides me emailing them will let them know that I am not crazy and just making this up!! LOL
 
They actually emailed me back and said they are aware of the issue and hopefully be fixed in next update...
 
Thank you for letting me know that!!! I will look forward to the update and hopefully a fix. I just hope it wasn't due to the update and they can't figure the problem out :o I guess if they don't get it fixed fairly soon I will try photo shop as you suggested. Thanks for all of your time helping me.
