Not very technical so need some advise please.
I have the Samsung galaxy s3 and over the last week I've struggled making calls. Twice I've tried to make calls and had problems (which was scary yesterday when I was stuck on my own in my car on the way home from work in the snow).
So I decided to check if maybe some apps that I've downloaded may be the problem. I pretty much deleted all apps I have - games etc.
Then I noticed "apps running" and clicked on it and got a list but a few I don't recognise and where it says STOP it stays that it may cause the application to fail, so I am scared of stopping anything.
If I post this list, please could someone with an idea advise me....thanks.

Out of all of them the only ones I can say I understand them being there are the vacation countdown, the Facebook and the google, also maybe the maps but not so much.
So what are the others, are they affecting the running of my phone and what do I do.
