Try a battery pull first. Look at recently installed apps. I had a similar experience when I installed the Pizza Hut app on my Inc. As soon as I deleted it, problem went away.

I have done a few battery pulls, and I have also deleted half my apps..... ugh, this is getting old :(

What's really, really weird in that graph is "Android OS" taking the lion's share in battery drain, twice as much as the screen. That can't be right. Typically in my case the OS takes around just 15% of my battery usage, if that.

If i had to guess, i'd say an unoptimized app or widget is responsible for this. I's try to uninstall everything except the core apps and widgets that came preinstalled by Google, and see if the problem persists.

(edit: in fact, that Beautiful Live Weather widget in the notifications tray looks veeery suspicious to me :p)

BetterBatteryStats will tell you what apps are sending wakelocks to the Android system. Give it a try. Available in the market, or for free on XDA Developers (which is currently offline for a SOPA protest).
