Can someone translate this message from the Mothership?

Topic is similar enough, so I will post this here instead of starting a new thread. I woke up today and had 3G on my LG Optimus M+. Through out the morning the signal kept switching between EV and 1x, seems that it kept on getting worse because it struggled to get back to 1x. Now I don't have any signal to even make calls. The bars are a little crazy going from full to completely empty. I guess I'll send a private message to MetroPCS Facebook to see if they can look this up, since you all have good luck with them that way.

I wonder if this because they are working on something? First time this has happened to my phone.

Edit: Service seems to be returning, but the signal is extremely weak. I sent MetroPCS a message so they can look into the matter. Really behaving oddly.

Update from contacting Metro: I explained my situation and that I was able to get back my phone service, text and some internet, but that the internet was not at normal speeds. They tried helping me and told me that they were troubleshooting it and to dial *228, which seemed like an activation call, to further troubleshoot it. They told me to get back to them in a few days to see if it resolved my issue. Very helpful through facebook.

I did have to ask them how long would they want me to wait before I told them if the troubleshooting worked because down on speedtest I can't get passed 0.04 Mbsp and on top of that, the battery on the phone is draining out a lot quicker than normal. I guess the phone is trying to get a good 3G signal.

Let's see how it goes. At least I do have my phone service after that Network reset.
