Root Can Someone Work On A CM7 Rom For Marquee

As The Title States, Some Dev Should Work On CM7 instead Of CM9 Or CM10. Since Those Roms Are Buggy, I Think (Don't Know That CM7 Would Be Easier To Takle Since This Phone Is Already GB ;)

Yeah. I Noticed That :o But I Wanted To Test It And The Link Was Dead :( But I Wish I Were A Dev And Try To Mess With It

One thing is for sure, CM7 is one of my favorite ROMs of all time. I would love to see a fully functional CM7 ROM for the Marquee. That would be frickin' AWESOME!!

I definitely agree cm7 is better in alot of ways than cm10.1 and some of the new things they introduced. Or at least the version for the htc evo 4g lte. I think on this phone it would be a good way to put it to rest.

Better? really?
You can say you like CM7 more than 10, but better? CM10 is based on JB what means more app availability, up to date security and features, less fragmentation, etc.
They made it for something and it wasn't only for pleasure.

This coming from all your development experience?

Newer doesn't necessarily mean better. There are pros and cons to both but don't put something on a pedestal simply because it's newer

4.2.2 is the bee's tits bro.

the newest version of android has always been better than the last, but GB is a lot lighter so of course it will usually run smoother/better on older phones, just like windows 98 would run better on a old ass pc than windows 7.

We've got the 4.2.2 update available for the TF300T but I haven't flashed the bootloader yet. Once we unlock our bootloader, we can't get the OTA updates anymore. We have to manually push them.

They are still upgrading a bunch of the ROMs in that section so that they'll run on the update. That's the main reason I haven't flashed it yet. The way it's looking I'll probably be upgrading within a month or so.:D

BEE'S TITS!!!!!! LMAO!!!!!

I assume your talking about the queen bee Blood. In all seriousness I am always surprised to see how much the devs here have been able to maximize the hardware in the Marquee. I always wait a bit before upgrading because as a Linux user running a couple of bleeding edge distros I learned a few things. Like why they call it the bleeding edge.

I should have said in my opinion which alot of it is. I think cm7 would be great for the marquee I don't alot of the new chagnes in cm10.1. Unfortunately my daily phone the evo 4g lte doesn't have cm7.
In my opinion I think that the marquee should have gotten cm7 first because our drivers were made for gingerbread.
