can somone write me an app for $$

[emlclcy]

Hi,
I have a htc wildfire and would like an application that can read the lat and long values sent via txt from my car tracker, then launch google maps and paste the values in.
Is anyone up for writing this for me?
i for sure will pay and afterwards it could be either sold cheaply or given away
thanks
