Help Can sync Outlook account on 1 Droid, but not another

We recently encountered an issue with our Exchange 2007 server, that affected OWA and Mobile partnerships.

The iPhones connecting to the server have reconnected fine, without any configuring.

All Android devices have needed to have the Corporate Account removed from device, removed from Exchange Console and re-added.

One user in paticular I cannot get to sync, continues to tell me it cannot connect to Server.

I tried to add the User's account on my Droid and it syncs perfectly.

Both are on the same 2.2.1 FRG83D. Are there some settings that I am missing that could cause this?
