can.t "add" widgets

my "add" button from menu doesn't functiion while other buttons are fine...

Are you using a 3rd Party launcher? Try long pressing on the screen and adding a widget that way

Yep!! press and hold on the screen where you would like to place the widget... Wait for the heptic feedback and you will get a pop up with options to add shortcuts widgets folders or change the wallpaper
