Help Can the Menu Keys stay Lit?

I am having a hard time locating the Home Key and Back Key, etc. Can they stay lite when it is activated?

I'm not sure if there is a way to do it. Keep working with the phone. There is a learning curve associated with it just like any other new device. It took me some time to adjust to the difference between the Mez and my last phone, too.

I can hit those keys without seeing them now.
