Can this be fixed?

I have a Craig CMP741E tablet(I know it sucks, got it for free though ). Long story short, the dog tripped over the charger cord while it was charging and it ripped the mini-usb port completely off the chip. I was wanting to know if and how this can be. Even if not possible, where could I find an adapter to charge the battery. Let me know if any other info is needed, thanks.

I am not sure there. Kinda looks like the solder is still attached to the usb port along with some of the circuitboard.

In the top picture, I'm trying to see where it connected exactly....
