Root Can we install themes on Samsung Galaxy 3

Hi friends...i want to know whether we can install and run themes on samsung galaxy 3...i tried installing a few items but they don't show in apps menu. Im used to nokia so finding android a bit difficult. Can u suggest best sites for samsung galaxy apps etc...

No themes, some applications have themes (depending on the application).

Android difficult? LOL.

For apps, look to the Android market (google is your friend).

You can install themes for a custom launcher (for instance ADW has themes.)

As for global themes, no I don't think so.
