Help Can you add locales/languages to Moment?

I just bought a Moment for my wife. She is bilingual and would like to have Spanish as an option in the locales and for the dictionary.

Is it possible to add locales/languages? I have seen something about the Custom Locales APK, but don't know how to get it or install it.

Any help would be appreciated.
