Help can you customize the program menu?

Is there a way to customize the program menu? Right now it is alphabetical, but is there a way to change the order or make more pages so you can access the apps you like quicker?

I know you have the desktop (three windows) but I like to reserve that for my essential apps like phone, gmail, messaging and a few others while keeping a clean look... It would be nice if we could organize the main menu a bit too.

folders or catagories to organize things, using the 3 desktops for widgets and my most used apps & shortcuts.
I like having apps pulling content from the web ie: news feeds weather blah,blah,blah
