from the stock email app?

Simple task, that seems to have been omitted from this pile of crap.

...Don't tell me, there's an app I can download for that!!

i dont think so, i needed to copy and paste some url's from an email but couldnt find any way of doing so.

Weird work around time! Gotta love the X10 (or is it an Android thing?)

If you are using a third party app, I have K-9 mail, then select forward and then you can then access the text on screen.

Now for more weirdness! Long press for Input Method and if you have it use Chinese Keyboard and this gives you Select Copy Paste in a bar above the keyboard. You then move your cursor to the start of where you want to copy from, hit select, move it to the end and hit Done (select will change to this) then open your browser, long press and paste. Voila!

Hope it helps.

Lol, you are not kidding! But saves having to have a scrap of paper and a pen to scribble it down and re-type it.

I guess that's one positive thing about our phones, they keep us on our toes trying to figure out how to do stuff!

You can probably do the copy and paste without the chinese keyboard, but I find it more accurate.
