Help Can you delete unused Homescreens w/o root? Answer: no

I am only using 3 of my home screens so I have 4 blank ones. What a pain to have to keep them there and spin past them when I want to get to the pages I want - surely there must be a way to delete them? I know you can do that in Launcher Pro, but what about in Sense? It's such a basic feature, I'm sure it must be possible. I just don't know if Launcher Pro was responsible for all the disastrous things happening with my brand new Evo, so I uninstalled it and am only using Sense right now but am fed up with 4 empty screens. Thank you everyone!

have you try this..?

go to the blank screen
zoom out the blank screen till all screen appears
now you can remove them into the trash

There is no trash function in that menu. I just tried.

Third party launchers have this ability, but not Sense 3.0, as mentioned. If this bothers you enough to try another launcher, Launcher Pro is good, so is Go Launcher.

I think the topic title should be clarified a bit ... you don't have to be rooted to use another launcher that allows you to delete homescreens ...

I didn't want all those screens so I switched to ADW and only have 1 now, no root necessary
