can you make everything sinc at the same time?

As said in the title, is there a way to make everything sinc at the same time ie: once an hour rather than having my phone beep every 10 mins with different e-mails FB etc.It seems that all though I have set everything to only update hourly I still get messages all the time.

I don't think there is an option for that in the OS. But, maybe there is an app of sorts that can help.

Hopefully someone will be along shortly that can confirm\deny this.

You should be able to simply turn sync off, then on.

All the apps will sync when you turn it back on and they should be on the same schedule after that

Use something like Juice defender, Proference, Tasker and schedule to only sync every 1 hour.
