Can you purchase Straight Talk $45/mo plans cheaper???

I thought I read somewhere on this website, or maybe somewhere on the internet, for less than the normal price of $45/month.

Can anyone tell me where these "refills" are sold cheaper, if there even is a legitimate place.

If you look on eBay you can find 3 month plans that work out to about $36/month.

As far as legitimate, some of the people selling them hang out on the ST forum on HowardForums, amd plenty of their customers posting there say they never have a problem. I've never bought one, because it's easier to just go up on the site every month and pay there.
