Considering getting a Note 4 over the Nexus 6. One thing that is a big negative on the Note 4 side for me is the quick settings that appear on top of the notification panel. I rarely use these settings and so they're just taking up very valuable space for me as I use the notification panel all the time. Plus, I've seen these buttons get accidentally hit on other people's Galaxy phone and they don't even realize a feature's on/off setting has been flipped.
