Edit: I see it in the second post. Is there any fitness apps or smartwatches paired with the device? I looks like a health app syncing or refreshing type of notification on the surface.

Could be some fitness tracker and/or heart rate monitoring app? Those often have heart type icons.

I don't see a tilted heart with a box. If it's the one at the top left it looks like a cloud with some sort of upload/download/sync icon.

It is a cloud icon, nothing else.

It's possible to be some kind of weather alert as they started using cloud for the weather widget
