Help Canadian can't DL music to my Nexus

Hi friends. Newbie and I just bought a Nexus. I'm in Canada and I get an error when I try to sync music from my PC. Any help here? Can I use something other than Google Music, or is it proprietary?

I have the Galaxy Nexus...Very frustrating. I am going to the place I bought it and asking them why or how. I'll update when I know more.
