Help Cancel Message?

Is there a way to cancel a message while its in the pending to send stage? Spell check screws certain things up and i dont realize until i hit send is there a quick way to cancel before it actully goes?

Theres no way to stop it, just look over the msg before u send it.

I don't know if it works because I've never needed to, but you could try pressing and holding the message until the menu pops up, tap edit, and clear/edit the message.

I imagine that would only delete the message from appearing in your stored conversation, not keep the recipient from being able to read it.

I tried that your right that is just retarted though, why even let me edit what is already sent anyway they just get both messages the initial an dthe edited

Honestly this isnt that big of a deal, its like an email.
Once its sent, its sent because it happens in a matter of seconds.
Which is why ppl proof read emails (ppl who care at least) before sending.
So the only thing u can do is proof read.

^^^ I get you I was just asking as EVERY other device I've had prior had the cancel option and really its this auto correct that I need to turn off i suppose

Im not sure if u know how to turn it off or not but if not than go into settings > language and keyboard > android keyboard and uncheck wanted functions.
