Maybe I'm one of the few people that acctually reads the fine print in the contracts, but if you purchased your GS2 online through AT&T for first time service, you should be able to terminate your plan for $150. any devices not listed in the advance catagory are by default in the standard catagory. As of now, no SG2 in the advanced catagory. This list could update at any time, so if you want to go through and terminate your plan for $150, you should do it soon.
It is kind of a pain in the ass, and they will try to charge you $325, but open a case and hang in there. They messed up and don't have a leg to stand on.
