Help cannot access android market

I recently purchase a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini and I am trying to access Android Market but all I get is a message that says "this could be a temporary problem or your SIM card may not be provisioned for data services." I don't quite get it because I have a data plan and I have access to a wifi connection with the web.
I can access the internet through the browser too.
Plzzzzz help...

I have the same problem, I can't access android market and gmail, but i can use the browser. does anyone have an idea to fix this?
